A Bit About Me

I'm the writer and social media/blog maven behind lifewritingwanderlust.com. I also have a video podcast by the same name over at YouTube.

Stories have always been at the center of my heart. I know they change lives - since they've changed mine. From the first moment my grandma told me tales about growing up on the golden prairies of North Dakota during the Great Depression, I was hooked. I love helping people shine online with artful stories.

I live with my husband, Johan and our cats and dog in North Dakota where the prairies and forests collide. When I'm not writing, doing blog posts/videos, gardening, or playing with my kitties, I really love going on road trips and adventures with my husband.

Writer & author at Life Writing Wanderlust - I write/create content for Life Writing Wanderlust (blog posts, videos, content for socials via Canva, live chats + podcasts, and more) and am also working on my novels.

Freelance Social Media & Website Management - I created content for multiple companies' social media networks and set up websites on WordPress for them.

Customer Support Team Leader at Marketing Ideas for Printers - As customer support team lead I engaged with customers via email, through video and phone, addressed their concerns, helped them solve problems, and encouraged them to reach their goals.

Editor at Design & Living Magazine - I interviewed many interesting people and shared their stories with the public in articles. I also helped edit stories by other writers before they went to print.

Content Marketer & Blog Editor at CoSchedule - As the blog editor, I worked with many different writers, created content about writing, content creation, publication, and more. I also conducted social media research that would help the company move ahead online as well as sharing helpful information on their social platforms. I communicated with their readers through their social media platforms and got to know them more by being active in the comments.
